Ray Lawless
As a prior public company senior executive and Audit Committee Chairman, Ray identified a critical need in assisting Boards, CEOs, COOs and CFOs to mature their organizations to scale for growth. Typical assignments involve preparing companies for public company status and to also serve as an extension of the management team to coordinate and execute transaction-related projects. Many corporate executives and finance organizations have limited experience in interacting with the key external advisors, including bankers, lawyers and auditors as corporate Boards and management consider capital markets, M&A and other strategic alternatives. Cofinity Group serves as a surrogate for management in in developing, analyzing and recommending various strategic and capital markets alternatives.
Rob Krajcik
Rob has more than 30 years of corporate finance and treasury experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors having served in key finance executive positions with global responsibility. Rob specializes in assisting clients with capital markets initiatives as well as merger and acquisition transactions and business development activities. Rob often serves as a key interface on behalf of clients working with company and external counsel and banking advisors in assessing financing options, covenant reviews and credit rating implications. Rob also assists many clients with strategic project evaluations.
Bob Gress
Bob has more than 30 years of sales experience working internationally across several continents with extensive experience in Africa. The past 12 years of Bob's career has been in the data center industry working with large cloud service providers, major enterprises, large telecom and CDN providers. Bob has been instrumental in winning over 300MW of business on three different continents, giving him the ability to work cross culturally and be true customer advocate.
Wayne Nelson
Wayne has over 30 years of experience in corporate finance. Wayne focuses on accelerating and enhancing clients’ monthly, quarterly and annual close processes as well as pre and post IPO internal control assessment and compliance. Wayne has significant experience in assisting finance organizations as they prepare for a public reporting environment. This includes readiness efforts for internal operational and financial reporting as well as compliance financial filings.
